How do I reserve a computer lab at the PDC?
Instructional Technology has computer labs available for training. Persons requesting the labs must be employees of FWISD and the labs can only be used for training directly related to FWISD projects. To request a lab, download the Computer Lab Reservation form and fax it to 817-922-6967.
What do I do if I lose my PIN number for the online registration system?
The online course registration system is administered by the Teaching and Learning Department. Any questions about the system should be directed to Gloria Cornejo in the Teaching and Learning Department. Gloria is listed in the First Class email system and her phone number is 817-871-2540.
Instructional Technology can not assist with lost online registration PIN numbers.
How do I get a First Class email account?
In order to get new accounts for teachers, the principal or assistant principal will have to send an email or fax to email admin using the First Class email system.
Please include the following in the email:
*The name of the new teacher or teachers
*The location number and school
*A statement requesting that email be set up for this new teacher
Notification will be sent to the person requesting the account when the account has been created.
Online training modules for the use of First Class Email are available on the Instructional Technology website.
Instructional Technology offers hands-on training 2 to 3 times a year. Training for large groups can be scheduled with the Instructional Technology Specialist assigned to a specific school or department. Please call 817-922-6970 for additional information.
