Technology Coordinators are selected on a yearly basis by individual school principals. Coordinators have a variety of responsibilities including:  Chairing the school Technology Committee that evaluates/selects and orders technology-related supplies, equipment and instructional materials for the campus. This committee must meet at least 2 times during the school year. Documentation of these meetings is required. Modeling the use of the projection device and assisting other teachers in its use. Acting as a technology resource. Facilitating communication between campus technology users and the Instructional Technology Department. Actively supporting copyright compliance. Modeling technology integration lessons. Coordinating requests for maintenance of technology equipment used for instruction. Assisting the campus in developing and implementing a technology plan. Verifying location of computer hardware on campus.
