Fitness Testing

Fort Worth Independent School District implemented district-wide fitness testing quite a few years ago. Fitness assessment is a part of the ongoing process of helping students understand, enjoy, improve and/or maintain their physical fitness and well-being. The state of Texas mandated fitness testing of all students from 3rd grade to 12th grade to begin with the 2007-2008 school year.
