Garden Club
|
|||||||||
| This is the second grade gardening club. We learned about gardening and gardening safety. We talked about being good stewards in nature. Master Gardener Jim Nelson came to talk to us about composting and the stages of compost. Some of our favorite jobs in the OLE were looking for bugs and insects, planting by seeds and propagating by transplant and cuttings, and keeping plants watered, and putting compost on plants. The garden club members were Sean, Hunter, Matthew, Abigail, Mary Kate, and Cameron. | |||||||||
